Great apt a few bocks from the beach and most of the action but on a side street so it’s quiet. Pros: location, great condition, spacious living room, balcony, codes for all entrances so you don’t need to carry around a key, easy to communicate with host. Cons: the mattresses are very soft so they kind of sink in, zero kitchen food supplies (ie no salt, oil, sugar etc) but there’s a mini mart right downstairs: Overall great. I would happily return.

We've been coming to this neighborhood for years for work and staying in a hotel. Decided to make the switch to a larger airbnb and so happy that we found this option which was more expensive but worth the extra for all the extra room. We had hoped to have our original 5th floor location but ended up on 2nd floor so the patio had more street/neighbor noise and less of a view but the access to common 2nd floor terrace was a nice treat. We had a couple of small things that needed tending and were handled immediately. The responsiveness of the host was really top notch. Will definitely stay again.

Great location! Walkable to beach. Meridian Good Market right next to the laundry shop was a great local spot for a quick home cooked meal. Overall great stay !

Perfect spot for a Miami getaway! The space was just right for our group of five—clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. I originally planned to visit Miami to take my son and his friend on a cruise, but when plans changed, we decided to spend the weekend exploring the city instead. This location offers convenient highway access while still being just a short walk from Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive. I enjoy spending time in Brickell and the Art District, while my teenage son prefers the energy of the main strip. This spot provided the perfect balance for both of us, with Brickell about 15 minutes away and the Art District around 20 minutes by car. Thanks for hosting—I'd definitely stay again!

Super clean and comfortable! Quick walk to beach and surrounding restaurants. There is a super market less than a 2 minute walk which made it super convenient.

Great accommodations, clean place, and the host was very responsive (to the minute). Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. There are two bodegas around the block so that’s a plus! Only issue was the wifi/internet which was somewhat spotty at times.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and it was perfect for being walking distance from South Beach but not too in the mix. The space is cozy but modern, clean and very functional. They take the time to give you all the instructions you need on a dedicated page and it was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was great Maria was an amazing Host and would definitely book there again. The unit was different than the photo but I overlooked this because it was very comfortable everything was in order and very clean. I do recommend that they change the Mattress in the master Bedroom the mattress sank in the middle and do cause me some discomfort on my back. Overall everything else was nearly perfect.

My stay for my girls trip was absolutely amazing. The place was nice within a 10 minute walking distance to Ocean Drive and the beach. Uber is about 2 to 3 minutes if you don’t want to walk. Close to the nightlife. we had an absolute ball. The host was amazing and very responsive.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this stay deserves a warning. We paid $75 for a 10 AM early check-in, yet the host didn’t send the check-in details until almost an hour late, leaving us sitting outside with our bags. They responded instantly when asking for payment but were unresponsive when we actually needed the service. This delay caused my guest to miss a work meeting and forced us to cancel our first-day plans. Inside the unit, things got worse: a broken faucet, broken toilet seat, dirty floors, and MOLD growing on the fridge’s water spout. We unknowingly drank the water for a day and became sick. The unit was clearly not cleaned or inspected. After reporting everything to Airbnb, the host called immediately, was disrespectful and argumentative, accused us of lying, and insisted we weren’t entitled to a refund despite clear documentation. This stay disrupted our vacation. I strongly advise avoiding this listing until the host fixes these issues. Airbnb, however, was very

The location is great just a few blocks from the beach, convenience store around the corner and close to the bridge to midtown. Perfect for a group of 3/4 people. The apartment itself is generally in good condition. But several amneties need improvement. Smart TV in living room was not functional and was never fixed, kitchen utinsels and pans need updating, wifi signal very weak in one bedroom. Late checkout was offered (paid) which was great - but there was an issue with the front gate not working so I was not able to re-enter the property without cleaning staff coming down to open. Therefore not really useable hours. A refund was finally given for the late checkout but it was a hassle to receive. The paid onsite parking was convenient. The first days someone was in our spots, but luckily there were other spots free. The rest of the days no issues. Communication in general quick but sometimes the feeling they didn/t really read our messages properly before replying.
